Studio terms.

These terms explain ordering from Crescent Art Studio. For questions about a piece or an order, email hello.crescentartstudio@gmail.com.

Prices and orders

All displayed prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery costs and any custom making charges are shown before payment. Please check your selected items, contact details and delivery address before placing an order.

Payment is by bank transfer. Placing an order does not confirm that payment has been received. Transfer the exact total using the bank details and full payment reference provided with your order. If you have already paid, do not transfer again.

Orders are confirmed after we verify payment and availability. If an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund.

Handmade and made-to-order pieces

Please review the product description, dimensions, selected style, colour and production time before purchasing. Handmade pieces may have individual variations; this does not remove your right to receive goods that match their description.

Delivery and pickup

Australian delivery costs are quoted at checkout. Making time and delivery time are separate. Pickup is free, and we will contact you to confirm a collection time when your order is ready. Please read our Shipping & Pickup information before ordering.

Returns and problems with an order

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. Please see our Returns policy and contact us if there is a problem.

For an order change or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check the order status and respond; a request does not automatically change or cancel an order.
